Do you offer VPS hosting in Oregon?

Not at this time, but if you let our staff know there’s demand for an Oregon location, we can consider it for future expansion.

Two options for Oregon businesses

We offer two data center options for Oregon-based businesses and users:

Option 1: Santa Clara, California (lowest latency)

Our Santa Clara data center provides the lowest latency for Oregon, typically under 20 milliseconds to Portland and other major Oregon cities.

Option 2: Las Vegas (data outside California)

If you prefer to keep your data outside of California for regulatory, legal, or business reasons, our Las Vegas data center is an excellent alternative. Latency is slightly higher but still excellent for all applications.

Major Oregon cities we serve

Both data centers provide low-latency connectivity to all Oregon cities, including:

  • Portland - Oregon’s largest city and economic hub
  • Salem - Oregon’s state capital
  • Eugene - Home to the University of Oregon
  • Gresham - Portland metro area
  • Hillsboro - Silicon Forest tech hub
  • Beaverton - Portland’s west side, home to Nike
  • Bend - Central Oregon’s largest city
  • Medford - Southern Oregon’s largest city
  • Springfield - Willamette Valley
  • Corvallis - Home to Oregon State University

Oregon’s growing tech industry, particularly in the “Silicon Forest” region around Hillsboro and Beaverton, is well-served by our West Coast infrastructure.

Why choose Las Vegas over California?

Some organizations prefer to keep their data outside of California due to:

  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) considerations
  • Business policy requiring data residency outside specific states
  • Regulatory requirements for certain industries
  • Personal preference for data location

Our Las Vegas data center offers the same hardware, features, and service quality as Santa Clara, just in a different jurisdiction.

What’s available at both data centers?

Both facilities offer VPS hosting on multiple hardware tiers:
